At Half A Camel Productions, We guide you every step of the way to achieve the maximum exposure. Keeping you informed on ways you can use our marketing to it’s full potential and maximising the visibility of your show.

In May 2024, we doubled attendance at each of our venues compared to the previous year by linking them under the Half A Camel Productions brand. Putting up A0 Sized posters strategically around town with QR codes linking directly to our events page, played a huge part in this success.

We offer unlimited social media support for your show, allowing you to leverage our resources as much as you need. Check out @half.a.camel on Instagram to see the incredible work Ben did as a one-man opertation. We’ve now grown into a full team with many exciting new venues.

Half A Camel’s Brighton Fringe 2024 Brochure

4000 Brochures; We have a brochure advertising all the shows at all all the venues which we distribute 4000 A4 copies all around town, with QR codes to your shows and QR codes with Google Maps links to all 6 venues the price to be included is £15, if you book 3 or more shows you automatically, see our virtual copy of 2024’s brochure.

 

You’ll receive a form to complete that will get you on our events page and in the brochure to be on the site and the link you provide creates a QR code for the brochure
Public liability insurance is included
If interested, email [email protected] with the date and times you would like and we can pencil you in. It’s first come first serve, the slots in pink mean confirmed and paid, feel free to ask any questions about evenues or the application process.
We also put up your posters and your flyers on tables running up to your shows

Event Registration and Ticket Sales

1. Early Bird Registration Deadline

Deadline: 5:00 PM on Monday, 2nd December 2024
Benefits:
Enjoy a 30% discount on registration fees
Be included in the Brighton Fringe 2025 printed brochure
Have your tickets available for sale during the festive period
2. Tickets On-Sale Dates for Finalised Registered Events

Midday Thursday, 5th December 2024 – Tickets go on sale exclusively to Friends of the Fringe
Midday Friday, 6th December 2024 – Tickets go on sale to the general public
3. Registration Reopening

Registration will close briefly after the Early Bird deadline, and then reopen on:
Monday, 9th December 2024 at 10:00 AM
4. Registration for Events After the Early Bird Deadline

Events registered after the Early Bird Deadline will be listed on a weekly rolling basis.
Note: Event listings will be paused over the Christmas/New Year period (Friday 20th December to Monday 6th January) due to office closure.
Printed Brochure Deadline (for 20th Anniversary Edition)

To ensure your event is included in the special 20th Anniversary printed brochure, your event must be fully finalised, including:
Event listing copy
Image upload
Final Deadline: 5:00 PM on Monday, 10th February 2025
