In May 2024, we doubled attendance at each of our venues compared to the previous year by linking them under the Half A Camel Productions brand. Putting up A0 Sized posters strategically around town with QR codes linking directly to our events page, played a huge part in this success.

Brighton Fringe Deadlines
1. Early Bird Registration Deadline
Deadline: 5:00 PM on Monday, 2nd December 2024
Benefits: Enjoy a 30% discount on registration fees
Be included in the Brighton Fringe 2025 printed brochure
Have your tickets available for sale during the festive period
2. Tickets On-Sale Dates for Finalised Registered Events
Midday Thursday, 5th December 2024 – Tickets go on sale exclusively to Friends of the Fringe
Midday Friday, 6th December 2024 – Tickets go on sale to the general public
3. Registration Reopening
Registration will close briefly after the Early Bird deadline, and then reopen on:
Monday, 9th December 2024 at 10:00 AM
4. Registration for Events After the Early Bird Deadline
Events registered after the Early Bird Deadline will be listed on a weekly rolling basis.
Note: Event listings will be paused over the Christmas/New Year period (Friday 20th December to Monday 6th January) due to office closure. Printed Brochure Deadline (for 20th Anniversary Edition)
5. Final Deadline: 5:00 PM on Monday, 10th February 2025

Half A Camel’s Deadline
1. Brochure Deadline
Our only real deadline is April 15th
You’ll receive a form once you’ve picked and paid for you venue, which gets you on our website, our instagram highlight reels and in our brochure.
2. What we do.
We provide you with a huge amount of information for getting as much online exposure as possible, including unique tips and tricks on how to utilise our social media and yours to maximise your shows exposure. We send you a lot of information all in bite sized chunks, making sure you’re fully equiped with the knowledge of how to get bums on seats and tickets sold.
We guide you through how to get not just yours and our social media followers to see your posts but a much wider audience using an extensive range of hashtags you can pick from.
We provide tutorials on how to get people from seeing your post to the ticket link as quickly as possible rather than seeing your post thinking “That looks good, i’ll try and remember to go to that” then continue scrolling and inevitably forget.
We take no cut of your ticket fee.
We provide unlimited support and advice to get you up and running as soon as possible
PLI insurance is included.
So apart from the brochure deadline there’s no other deadlines, the venues are picked on a first come first serve basis, and our social media campaign doesn’t start in May, it runs all year round.

4000 Brochures; We have a brochure advertising all the shows at all all the venues which we distribute 4000 A4 copies all around town, with QR codes to your shows and QR codes with Google Maps links to all 6 venues the price to be included is £15, if you book 3 or more shows you automatically, see our virtual copy of 2024’s brochure below.

Last year, we doubled audience attendance at each of our venues by uniting them under the Half A Camel name and maximizing both physical and online exposure.
This year, with a refined Instagram strategy and a much stronger physical presence, we’re BIGGER, BETTER, FASTER, FUNNIER.
We’ve never done a Pre-Fringe promo campaign before, we’ve already had shows sold out and a lot of tickets are getting sold, shows normally don’t sell until the ru n up to the Fringe (15th Feb 2025)

How to Collaborate on Instagram Posts
Create a Post – Start by uploading your photo, video, or Reel as usual.
Tag People & Invite Collaborator – Before posting, tap "Tag people" and select "Invite collaborator."
Search & Select Collaborator – Type the username of the person you want to collaborate with and select them.
Post Goes Live on Both Profiles – Once accepted, the post will show on both accounts, sharing likes, comments, and views.
Collab on Reels Too! – The same method works for Reels—just follow the same steps.
HOW TO ADD TICKET LINKS TO STORIES
Tap the Sticker Icon – Found at the top of the screen.
Select "Link" Sticker – A box will pop up to add your link.
Paste Your Ticket Link – Use your event’s ticket booking URL.
Customize the Sticker – Tap it to change the style and move it around, if recieving a story from Half A Camel just put it over the the one that doesn't work.
Post Your Story – Post it, you now have a story with a working ticket link like the one you recieved
How to Create Your Own Instagram Highlight
Go to Your Profile – Tap your profile picture at the bottom right.
Tap the “+” (New Highlight) – Located below your bio.
Select Stories – Choose past Stories you want to include in the Highlight.
Click “Next” – After selecting your Stories.
Name Your Highlight – Show Titile, The Date, use a camel emoji if you like, I use it a lot 🐪
Choose a Cover Image – Select a Story frame or upload a custom image.
Tap “Add” or “Done” – Done
