A year round comedy venue

Step into Presuming Ed, Brighton’s iconic 45-seater comedy venue. A favourite among top comedians, this unique spot offers an unforgettable Fringe experience with its cozy charm and standout performances.

If God had ADHD and on his 8th day he created a Fringe venue

Head downstairs to Comedy At The Caxton, our longest running venue, only words can describe it. It’s really really nice.
The Caxton Arms, our longest running venue and will always be our favourite. 2 mins from Brighton Station tucked just enough out of view that only people who know about it go, come join the cool kids (non hen do kids)

Our Lucky Venue Describer winner, Luke Aged 9

,Presuming Ed’s in Brighton is the BEST café ever! The outside is all colorful with super cool graffiti, and inside it looks like a fun clubhouse with crazy decorations and wobbly chairs.

They make really good coffee (my parents love it), but they also have other yummy drinks and food, like sushi bowls! There’s even a secret garden in the back where you can sit and chill.

The coolest part? There’s an old bank vault inside, and you can have parties in it! Sometimes they have music and comedy shows too. It’s a really fun place, and I wish I could live there!

We like your energy Luke! But that was shit. Your parents loved it? Your parents are liars Luke, they had a horrible time, I put aged 9 just to not make it sad. There’s a room going upstairs! you could move out Luke. you CAN drink coffee, you’re forty fucking six mate.
