The Caxton is listed as a 30 or 50 seater
There is a curtain halfway down the room to hide the 20 seats behind.
This is great for smaller shows or for piece of mind that if you only get 20 in they’re not going to all site at the back. Plus we advise to keep the curtain closed until the first 30 seats are filled then reveal the extra 20 meaning you don’t get an empty front row.

The Caxton Arms, our longest running venue and will always be our favourite. 2 mins from Brighton Station tucked just enough out of view that only people who know about it go, come join the cool kids (non hen do kids)
